For starters, we will need you to schedule an appointment online or by calling us at: 210-435-3333. Otherwise, how will we know you’re ready for a visit? We will also need you to fill out some
medical forms and paperwork so that we can know your child’s medical history, in addition to collecting information on your insurance or necessary financing.
